Every year the Tahoe Daily Tribune has an annual “readers poll”, which is completely rigged and bogus (in my opinion). You know how rigged something is when a certain casino gets awards for not only best valet parking, but best buffet as well. That casino doesn’t even offer valet or have a buffet!

They always have award for best boat cruise.. and it usually goes to one of the big paddlewheelers. These boats are very much not worthy of a “Best of Tahoe” title. Heck my good friend Captains one of them and he agrees… There are just about 10 ships that offer public cruises here on the south shore of Lake Tahoe. 10 being least desirable.. 1 being best. Enjoy
